THE DATA RECOVERY PROCESS

• Carefully remove your hard drive from your computer (if in doubt ask us for instructions on how to do it).
• Place your media in anti-static air bubble packing, foam or bag and place them in a box twice its size and fill the remainder of the box with foam or crumpled newspaper.
• Fill in this form download here and include it with your media.
• Seal the box and send it to us on (JKON Ltd., 14 Basil Street, Knightsbridge, London SW3 1AJ, United Kingdom).
• We will confirm receipt of your media as soon as it arrives.
• Depending on each case you will shortly receive a diagnostic report, and if data is recoverable you will receive a list of files which can be recovered.
• Once you accept our quote your data can be with you as soon as 24 hours later stored in any storage media that you prefer.
