Data Recovery is the process of retrieving data from damaged, failed, corrupted or inaccessible storage media when it cannot be accessed normally. We can restore data from hard disk drives (ide, sata, 2.5", and 3.5"), CD’s, DVD’s, USB Sticks, Memory Cards, Network-attached storage, RAID 0 and RAID 1 configurations.
Simply contact us to arrange the receipt of your storage medium. Depending on each individual case, you will have your data as soon as the next day. An emergency high priority service is available in which the storage medium is received, diagnosed and a recovery has been attempted within a few hours from your call.
With great respect to your privacy, your data is recovered through the use of specialist software and hardware and are not accessed unless there is a specific reason and a written confirmation is provided from the client. Our processes are governed by strict confidentiality rules so that our customer can feel secure in leaving their valuable data to our hands.
Once your data has been recovered they are returned to you either in CD-DVD format or in an external hard drive of your preferred capacity. Other means of accessing your data may be available depending on their size such uploading them to a secure server.
