Brought a broken hard disc in that my apple reseller gave up on to repair - got it fixed in just a few days and even delivered to my airport hotel on time before leaving the UK. Prices charged for the repair, the replacement hard drive and the delivery were all very fair, customer service helpful and fast. Very happy with this company.

Constantine was very prompt, very courteous and very competent, when addressing the issues involved with my computer and the transfer to my new PC. His hourly rates were fair, as was his billing. When advised, prior to the meeting, of certain issues that needed addressing he arrived at our appointment well prepared and ready to go, without wasting time or billing time for preparation.
